MARINE BARRACKS RUDIARDO BROWN, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City (DWDD) – The Civil Military Operations Group- Philippine Navy headed by its Group Commander, Colonel Nestor R Marcelino PN (M) (MNSA), donned the ranks of the 2 newly promoted Officers, 9 Enlisted Personnel and awarded the 2 relieved Enlisted Personnel in front of Headquarters Civil Military Operations Group-Philippine Navy, Marine Barracks Rudiardo Brown, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
