NBHA, Sangley Point, Cavite City – New Philippine Fleet commander, Rear Admiral Danilo R Rodelas AFP spearheaded a momentous event on March 05, 2018, during the Monday colors.
During the event, the Award of Senior Command at Sea Badge and Plaque was given to Captain Antonio C Palces PN(GSC) at Commodore Rudiardo A Brown Beaching Area Naval Base Heracleo Alano, Sangley Point, Cavite City.
In addition to him, there were other awardees, Captain Oscar D Canlas Jr PN(GSC) and Commander Rolando Z Fernandez PN(GSC) who were also given the award of Command at Sea Badge and Plaque for commanding various Philippine Navy vessels. PHFleet / MCAG
