President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed former Bureau of Customs chief Nicanor Faeldon as deputy administrator of the Office of the Civil Defense of the Department of National Defense (DND).
His appointment papers released on Wednesday by Malacañang, showed Duterte appointed him on December 22.
Faeldon will replace Rodolfo Demosthenes Santillan.
