HOR COMPLEX, Quezon City (DWDD) – Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez (3rd from left) with newly commissioned 2nd Lieutenant Don Stanley Castillo Dalisay (3rd from right), who graduated in the top 5 percent of the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, New York, during the latter’s courtesy call to the House leader. Deputy Speaker Raneo Abu (left) and Rep. Mario Vittorio Mariño (right) presented Dalisay, who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, operations research – minor in grand strategy with a 3.75 GPA.
Dalisay also received the USMA Distinguished Cadet Award.
The lawmakers filed House Resolution No. 1070, commending Dalisay, whose “achievements will serve as a challenge to all young Filipinos to struggle for their goals in life and to succeed not only in the Philippines but also in foreign shore.” CONGRESS MCAG
