The Department of National Defense-Government Arsenal is in
the market for PHP1.5 million worth of propellant powder.
Winning bidders are required to deliver the items, which
amounts to 1,000 pounds, within 30 calendar days.
Propellant powder is used to fill the interior of an
ammunition cartridge or the chamber of a gun or cannon, leading to the
expulsion of a bullet or shell.
Pre-bid conference is on Sept. 12, 10:00 a.m. at the
Government Arsenal Metro Manila Liaison Office, Camp
Aguinaldo , Quezon City
