Military looking for 145 units of assault rifles

From the Philippine News Agency (Jul 10): Military looking for 145 units of assault rifles

The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) has allocated the sum of PHP13,152,550 for the acquisition of 145 units of assault rifles.

These weapons must have a 14.5 inch barrel.

Winning bidders are required to deliver the weapons within 140 calendar days, the bid bulletin posted at the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System said.

Pre-bid conference is on Thursday, 9:00 a.m. at the GHQ Bids and Awards Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Bulwagang Syquio, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.

Meanwhile, opening and submission of bids is on July 21, at the same venue.
