Department of National Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana
formally administered the oath of four DND Undersecretaries Wednesday.
Oath-taking ceremonies took place at the DND Social Hall, Camp Aguinaldo ,
Quezon City
They are Ricardo A. David, Jr., Undersecretary for Defense
Policy; Eduardo D. Del Rosario, Undersecretary for Civil, Veterans and Retiree
Affairs; Ricardo B. Jalad, Office of Civil Defense Administrator; and Raymundo
DV Elefante, Undersecretary for Finance, Munitions, Installations and Materiel.
