The Philippine Army is committed to pursue a program towards the attainment of good governance and performance excellence.

To attain the success of the ATR,  The Philippine Army developed its own performance governance scorecard. It will promote transparency and accountability in the fulfillment of its mandate and the performance targets the Philippine Army has committed to reach.
