From InterAksyon (Jan 24): NPA attacks DOLE plantation in Bukidnon
New People’s Army guerrillas attacked a banana plantation of a multinational firm in Valencia City, Bukidnon on Tuesday, torching facilities and cutting around 770 plants, belated reports reaching Camp Crame over the weekend said.
The reports estimated the damage caused by the attack on the DOLE plantation in Lalingayon, Valencia at P1.4 million.
