To support the Comprehensive Agreement on Bangsamoro (CAB), a core group was established by the North Cotabato- Local Government Unit (LGU) along with the Special Agency for Women Concerns (SAWC) last June 28, 2014.
Board Members Hon. Dulia D. Sultan, Hon. Mohammad Kely Antao and SAWC Chairwoman, Ustad Zahara Zumbaga-Taya led the establishment of the said group.
An advocacy on CAB was held at Pikit Central Elementary School, Pikit, Cotabato on June 7, 2014 prior to the founding of the said group.
Hence, meetings were done on June 21 and 28, respectively.
Some member of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), UNYPAD and representatives of Women Sector composed this group.
