The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) expects the breakaway group of Umbra Kato to "fade away in due time" now that a framework agreement for the creation of a Bangsamoro state has been signed with the Aquino administration. Government troops are also now preparing to launch "offensives" against Kato and his men, with the cooperation of the MILF. According to MILF chief negotiator Mohagher Iqbal, Kato's Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) has "no legitimacy."  "When you finally find the real solution or the real medicine, all the sufferings will fade away. The BIFF has no legitimacy so they will fade away in due time," Iqbal said on Tuesday....
