MANILA, Philippines -- President Benigno Aquino III said a new Bangsamoro Basic Law must be enacted by 2015 to ensure the new political entity replacing the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao will be created before the end of his term. At during an open forum hosted by the Philippines-Australia Business Forum in Sydney and aired over state-run Radyo ng Bayan Thursday, Aquino said passing the law next year would give ample time to have it ratified through a plebiscite....
