From Malaya (Oct 1): 12 AFP officers get new posts

PRESIDENT Aquino has designated 12 senior military officers to new positions, including Naval Forces Eastern Mindanao chief Commodore Philip Cacayan who is now AFP deputy chief of staff for personnel.
