CAMP Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Twenty-one New People’s Army members and supporters in Central Luzon surrendered and pledged loyalty to the government on August 17.

“Ka Bruno” disclosed the location of an arms cache composed of two rifle grenades, M203 ammunition, a hand grenade, magazines, live ammunition, tactical gear, wire, and a battery in Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija.

Sixteen NPA in the Barrio members yielded in Aurora and turned over firearms, explosives, and subversive materials.

"Ka Nato" and "Rowena" from underground mass organizations surrendered firearms, explosives, and communist literature.

In Zambales, NPA fighters "Ka Ana" and "Ka Recca" turned themselves in with Ka Recca surrendering a firearm and ammunition.

Communist guerrilla "Roy" pledged allegiance to the State in Pampanga.


Police Regional Office-3 Director Police Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. affirmed their support for reintegration efforts. He encouraged the surrenders to contribute to peace and progress alongside the military and Regional Task Force-End Local Communist Armed Conflict.
