Posted to Kalinaw News (Apr 9, 2022): 7th ID conducts pre-annual general inspection to 91st IB in Aurora
BALER, Aurora-The office of the Inspector General of the 7th Infantry “Kaugnay” Division, Philippine Army conducted Pre-Annual General Inspection (AGI) to 91st Infantry “Sinagtala” Battalion on Friday, April 8, 2022 to officiate the said activity.
In an interview on Saturday to Lt. Col. Julito B. Recto, Jr., acting commander of 91st IB said that part of the activity is to assess whether the battalion can accomplish their respective mission; ensure a high level of morale, welfare, and discipline of troops; strengthen leadership; and guarantee the effective and efficient utilization of government resources.
“We welcomed the Inspection General Team for the conduct of Pre-Annual General Inspection (AGI) presided by Colonel Dennis R. Pacia, head of AGI Team for the preparation of upcoming Philippine Army Inspection General,” Recto said.
He added that the activity started for the unit briefing and followed by an open forum with the battalion and its personnel.
Recto said that the team also conducted inspection of facilities and documents for the all Section/Staff Office to show the needed during the upcoming PAIG and to secure/fill-up the lackings of per staff/section.
After the inspection of facilities and documents, Pacia conducted talk to men to personnel of Sinagtala to give inspiration message to accomplish the individual mission and contribute to unit mission base on personal Scoreboard.
Colonel Emelio R. Pajarillo said that they were looking forward to the forthcoming annual general inspection as this evaluates the 91st IB’s performance and proves how well they did their job in the past year.
“As a result, the 91st IB hits the rating of 92.41% and we congratulated them,” he said.
Back to Recto, he expressed his sincerest thanks and gratitude to all personnel of Sinagtala.
He also reminded the army troopers to ensure the quality of output or services remain at the highest levels possible and continue to perform their duties with patience, diligence, hardwork and commitment to attain lasting peace and progress in the province of Aurora.
