NEWS BREAK | The National Security Adviser, Sec. Hermogenes C. Esperon Jr. lauded the AFP and PNP together with the national agencies and the LGUs for their efforts in stopping communist insurgency in the Ilocos Region. Region 1 is the first region in the country to achieve insurgency-free status.
