ZAMBOANGA. The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) releases the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-Clip) benefits to five former New People’s Army (NPA) rebels who are under the care of the Army’s 53rd Infantry Battalion.
