MEMORANDUM OF PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT. Another successful convergence of effort of the National Task Force in the implementation of Executive Order #70 otherwise known as the Task Force to End Local Communists Armed Conflict following the framework of Whole Of Nation Approach (WONA) wherein the 5th Infantry (STAR) Division, Philippine Army (AFP) together with the Provincial and Municipal Local Government Units and Agencies of Ifugao signed a Memorandum of Partnership Agreement (MOPA) held at Sitio Nangkatengey-Numpaling, Brgy Namal, Asipulo, Ifugao.
The said signing of Memorandum of Partnership Agreement (MOPA) intends to implement infrastructure projects in support to the developmental programs under the EO #70.
