PH NAVY MODERNIZATION. The brand new, four-dimensional warfare-capable frigate contracted with South Korean shipbuilding company, Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), has formally entered service with the Philippine Navy as BRP Jose Rizal (FF150) in a commissioning ceremony held at the Alava Wharf here today, July 10.
