"This is in line with the efforts of our Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict and we have incorporated our ongoing program at Police Regional Office 3 which is the Rektang Bayanihan Bagong Pagkakaisa for all who will return to the folds of the law so that we could show to them that indeed the government cares for them and would give them a better life thru livelihood assistance so that they could start anew," the official added.
