Lt. Gen. Cirilito Sobejana, commander of the Western Mindanao Command, graced the turnover ceremony of the International Monitoring Team (IMT) at 8am, March 13, 2020.
The momentous activity was held at the IMT Headquarters in Barangay Rosary Heights 7, Cotabato City.
Said turnover ceremony marks the termination of the mission of IMT-M14 and the beginning of that of the IMT-M15.
Also present during the activity were the senior officials from the Ministry of Defence of Malaysia and other top officers of the military units under the command and control of WestMinCom.
