NPA LEADER SURRENDERS. A ranking member of the New People’s Army (NPA) surrendered in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna last 11 March 2020.

Maj. Gen. Arnulfo Marcelo Burgos Jr. of the 2nd Infantry Division withheld the identity of the surrenderee as part of the security protocol. The rebel returnee is said to be a former labor organizer.
