AFP-CRS: Naval Special Operations Group Welcomes its New Commander

The Philippine Navy welcomes the new Commander of Naval Special Operations Group during the Change of Command Ceremony this morning, July 04.

Captain Andro Val P Abayon relinquished his duties and responsibilities as the Commander of NAVSOG to Commander Dwight Steven M Dulnoan. The ceremony was presided by the Commander Philippine Fleet Rear Admiral Giovanni Carlo J Bacordo.

Cmdr. Dulnoan is a member of PMA Maalab Class of 1993 and was previously the Deputy, Joint and Combined Training Center of AFP Education, Training and Doctrine Command, GHQ-AFPWSSU, AFP.The PN is ensured of a high standard and excellence in special operations missions, with the commitment and dedication of men and women of NAVSOG in the service of our maritime nation.
