MALAPATAN, Saranggani Province (DWDD) – Four (4) Communist-Terrorist under South Front, SRC TALA, FSMR (WPSR) all residents of Sitio Akfutan, Barangay Kinam, Malapatan, Sarangani Province voluntarily surrendered to CSP Team 6 of 73rd Infantry Battalion led by Corporal Recher L Mirasol PA at Sitio Akfutan, Barangay Kinam, Malapatan, Sarangani Province bringing along with them 3 High-Powered Firearms and other war materials.
The surrenderees, identified only as alias Pantat, alias Duterte, alias Bayabas, and alias Lubi surrendered two (2) M16 assault rifle; one (1) Garand rifle; one (1) Improvised Explosive Device (landmine); and two (2) Handheld Versa Radio.
The surrenderees and war materiel are now under the custody of the 73IB for proper disposition and documentation. 73IB / MCAG
