NAVAL STATION PASCUAL LEDESMA, Fort San Felipe, Cavite City (DWDD) – Two (2) officers and seventeen (17) Enlisted Personnel of the Naval Sea Systems Command were donned with new ranks during the Donning of Ranks Ceremony held at the Parade Grounds, Naval Station Pascual Ledesma in Fort San Felipe, Cavite City.

In his remarks, NSSC Chief of Staff Captain Wilfredo A Chavez PN(GSC) reminded newly-promoted personnel that their respective promotions have an equivalent increase in responsibilities that they must perform. NSSC PAO / MCAG
