BUTUAN CITY – The Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Caraga as the head secretariat will be launching the region’s Caraga Roadmap for Peace on May 24, 2016 at the Robinsons Place, this city.

According to DILG Caraga regional director Lilibeth Famacion, with the RPOC Caraga’s efforts in upholding peace and order in the region, the Caraga Roadmap for Peace was crafted with the active participation and support of the council members and partners.

“The roadmap, the first of its kind of document and Caraga as the first to come up with such, serves as the blueprint of the RPOC towards achievement of peace and development and fulfillment of human security in the region,” highlighted Famacion.

The Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) plays a vital role in maintaining the peace and order situation in every region of the country.
