The Southern Luzon Command (SOLCOM) of the Armed Forces of
the Philippines (AFP) based in Lucena City conducted the Youth Leadership Seminar Workshop
Caravan 2015: "Project Management Training” over the weekend (June 27-28)
at the Quezon National Agricultural School (QNAS) Silangang Malicboy
Village
Members of 50 youth organizations in various places in
Southern Tagalog (Regions 4A, 4B and 5) attended the workshop organized by
SOLCOM headed by Major General Ricardo Visaya, Philippine Army (PA) in
cooperation with the 2nd Community Relations Group of the Philippine Army
represented by Major Fernando Engcot, PA and U7 represented by Colonel Domingo
Gobway, PA.
The program aimed to provide the youth necessary knowledge
on leadership, inter-personal relationship and empowered lifestyle. Likewise,
the program aimed to involve the youth in keeping the peace and order in the
province and in the country as well.
