The Metrobank Foundation Search for The Outstanding Philippine Soldiers (TOPS) is a nationwide search that honors the career achievements of soldiers.
The search includes those in the Commissioned Officers and Enlisted Personnel from the Philippine Army, Philippine Navy, Philippine Air Force, and Technical and Administrative Service (Medical Corps, Nurse Corps, Dental Service, Veterinary Corps, Judge Advocate General Service, Corps of Professors, Medical Administrative Corps, Chaplain Service) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
The search is open to all Commissioned Officers with the rank of Captain up to Colonel and Enlisted Personnel who have been active in the service for at least 7 years.
Each awardee will receive P400,000.00 cash prize, TOPS Trophy, Metrobank Foundation Medallion, and a Command Plaque from their respective Major Branch of Service. Nomination Forms are available in all Metrobank branches nationwide, or download them online.
