From the Manila Times (Aug 13): NPA rebel wanted for murder nabbed in Albay
LEGAZPI CITY: Authorities arrested on Tuesday night New People’s Army rebel Alberto Bronzal alias Ka Berto in his house at Barangay Basicao Interior in Pioduran, Albay.
Provincial Police Director Senior Supt. Marlo Meneses said Bronzal, who is wanted for murder, had played a big role in NPA operations against government personnel and actively engaged in activities against the government in the past months.
