Petinglay assumes as PAF commanding officer for Western Visayas

From the Philippine News Agency (Jun 3): Petinglay assumes as PAF commanding officer for Western Visayas
 
Col. Ronie Petinglay of San Remigio, Antique assumed on Tuesday as commanding officer of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) Technical Operations Group for Western Visayas in a turnover of command held at their headquarters in Dingle, Iloilo.

The turnover of command was led by Major General Romeo V Poquiz of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).

Petinglay took over the post vacated by Col. Jose Bonifacio Calub.

Petinglay is a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy Class 1994. He had various assignments including in Villamor Air Base and Clark Air Base in Pampanga.

Petinglay also attended schooling at the Air Force Command College in China.
