The Philippine Army (PA) on Friday announced the first fatality in the fire and explosion that gutted the Explosive Ordnance Division (EOD) building at the Army Support Command in
Lt. Col. Noel Detoyato, PA spokesperson, identified the fatality as Cpl. Bernabe Mota, 30, and a member of the EOD Battalion.
