Lucero, the concurrent commander of the Army’s 103rd Infantry Brigade, said he will sustain the collaborative efforts with the stakeholders in achieving peace and development in the region.

Lucero said he will continue the campaign against all lawless elements within its area of responsibility, which covers 3,393 barangays in 116 municipalities and seven cities here in Western Mindanao.

Four infantry brigades--101st, 102nd, 103rd, and 104th--are under his command as the First Infantry Division commander.
