MANILA, Philippines -- A suspected member of the terror group Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) was killed by authorities in Davao Friday evening. The suspect, identified as Malaysian national Mohd Noor Fikrie Bin Abd Kahar, was shot dead by the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team after he refused to turn over the cellphone believed to be the triggering device of the bomb he was carrying.
