From the Philippine News Agency (Nov 26): Blast rocks house of ARMM official

Police investigators are looking at personal grudge or related to work the grenade attack in the house of an official of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao on Saturday. Sr. Supt. Danny Reyes, city police director, said the grenade attack could be part of harassment against Director Pama Dimapanat of the Department of Transportation and Communication in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (DOTC-ARMM). Unidentified men riding in tandem on a motorbike tossed a hand grenade in front of the house of Dimapanat along Moon Street, Zenaida Subdivision, Cotabato City at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday. Nobody was hurt in the incident but the blast damaged the concrete fence of Dimapanat’s house. Dimapanat was inside his house when the grenade attack occurred.
