Malacanang has denied moving for the re-arrest of former Moro National Liberation Front chairman Nur Misuari. Misuari on Friday skipped a scheduled press conference at Hotel Rembrandt in Quezon City, claiming he had received a tip that he would be arrested. He accused the Palace and the Department of Justice for the move to have him jailed after he publicly opposed the signing of the framework peace agreement between the government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front....
