Bandits snatched a 70-year-old gasoline station owner and her secretary in a daring attack in Libungan, North Cotabato on Tuesday night. But he said there are still no information that would explicitly link the BIFM, a faction of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, to the kidnapping....
