The 27th IB commanding officer Lt. Col. Alexis Noel Bravo’s contentions that his troop conducted a raid, killing 2 armed members of the NPA in Brgy. Telafas, Colombio on September 29 is a sheer highfalutin and shameless fibbing of the facist to conceal their ruthless and barbaric act towards the innocent civilians. Their victims were ordinary peasants and innocent civilian residents, not NPA members, and no legitimate military encounter happened....
