LOOK | WESCOM Chief Vice Admiral Alberto B Carlos welcomes Navy Captain Oliver Obongen, skipper of BRP Tarlac (LD601), and Marine Colonel Al Canson, commanding officer of Marine Battalion Landing Team 9, to Palawan. The sailors of LD601 and the marines of MBLT9 arrived in Puerto Princesa City on June 17, 2023 as additional defenders and patriots of the West Philippine Sea.
