On 08-09 March 2022, COL RANDOLPH P ROJAS INF (MNSA) PA, Commander Joint Task Force Zamboanga along with other two (2) officers of this unit participates the Two (2) day Validation Workshop on the Development of Zamboanga City Resilience Council at (ZCRC) Scorecard in the Context of the Five (5) Pillars of the Local Government Systems at Grand Astoria Regency, Zamboanga City.
