As a way in helping the government forces to end local communist armed conflict in Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Regions, a two-day Former Rebel Forum participated in by the former high-ranking NPAs was conducted in Camp Melchor F Dela Cruz, Upi, Gamu, Isabela on October 15-16, 2021.
During the first day of the said activity, the former high-ranking NPAs shared high-value information including the movements and activities of the Communist NPA Terrorists (CNTs) in the said regions within the Area of Responsibility of 5th Infantry Division, Philippine Army.
A press conference was held on the second day of the forum where five of the participating former NPAs shared their experiences inside the terrorist group.
They believe that the public must know the true intent and character of the CNTs. That’s why they bravely face the media entities to tell the truth to protect the general public especially the youth/students from the different schemes of the Communist Terrorist Groups in infiltrating and destroying our society.
The CPP-NPA-NDF’s main goal is to topple the government through protracted people’s war.
