MACO, DAVAO DE ORO — Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Undersecretary Lorraine T. Badoy and also the NTF-ELCAC Spokesperson visited the Halfway House (Balay Panaghiusa) for former rebels and the participants of the 3rd Batch of De-radicalicalization Program from the dismantled WGF 33 in Dona Asuncion, Davao Del Norte and subsequently followed a visit to other members of WGF 33 that is currently undergoing TESDA AUTOMOTIVE NC II skills training at BALAY PAG ASA, 1001st Brigade,10ID,PA.
