PERSONA NON-GRATA. The Philippine Army’s 61st Infantry Battalion under the leadership of LTC Joel Benedict Batara, PA lauded the bold action of Igbaras town in Iloilo against CPP-NPA Terrorist after passing a resolution declaring the group as persona-non-grata.
