A monitoring center for the National and Local Elections 2019 was formally activated at the Operations Building of the Western Mindanao Command early this morning, May 13.
The activation was spearheaded by WestMinCom chief Lieutenant General Arnel B. Dela Vega and Police Major General Daniel G. Macatlang Jr., the Directorate for Integrated Police Operations.
Composed of combined AFP and PNP troops, the monitoring team is tasked to provide hourly updates on the ongoing election process and on election-related incidents that may arise.
