Al-Hajj Murad Ebrahim, chief minister of the Bangsamoro Government, has cast his vote for the 2019 midterm election at Simuay Elementary School, Sultan Kudarat.

It is the first time that the chief minister voted for national elections.

Ebrahim arrived at the polling precinct at 2:23 p.m. and took around 10 minutes to fill up his ballot.

His ballot was counted on the first try.

When asked on how to address incidents of election-related violence, a long-time problem in the region, he said he will push for his administration's main program -- moral governance.
