Noel Presilda Y Huerbana “@Oslek/Nono”, 54 y/o, married and a resident of Shanghai Village, Matina Aplaya, Davao City was arrested after a series of collaborated intelligence monitoring by Task Force Davao, 10ID, Philippine Army and other operatives in coordination with PRO 8 on April 26, 2019.
He was arrested at Davao-Bukidnon corner Greenhills Subd., KM10 Catalunan Pequeño, Davao City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Honorable Judge Janet M. Cabalona, Regional Trial Court, Branch 33, 8th Judicial Region, Calbiga, Samar with criminal case number cc-2012-1862 for murder with no bail recommended.
Noel Presilda@Oslek/Nono joined the underground movement sometime in 1980. Thereupon, he functioned as member of Regional Medical Staff of the Regional Operational Command of Southern Mindanao Regional Committee (SMRC). After which, he was then designated as member of national medical staff wherein he was tasked to facilitate the conduct of medical training in the National Capital Region and neighboring regions. Whereupon, he then went back to SMRC as member of Regional Medical Staff of the Regional Operational Command. Further, he was allegedly designated as medical staff of Komisyong Mindanao (KomMid).
