MAWAB, Compostela Valley – The Secretary of a Sub-Section Committee and Courier of the Communist New People’s Army Terrorists (CNTs) voluntarily surrendered to troops of the 71st Infantry “Kaibigan” Battalion on March 27, 2018.

The surrendered CNT members are identified as Lolito L Pacle Sr a.k.a. Paul, Former Kilusang Taga-organisa (KTO) Chairman and presently Vice Commander of Militia ng Bayan(MB) and Secretary of Sub-Section Committee of Section Committee(SECOM) 18, Sub-Regional Committee (SRC) 2, Southern Mindanao Regional Command (SMRC) of the New People’s Army (NPA) and Juanito T Sabang a.k.a Matugon, Organizing Group (OG) Chairman and Courier under GF 2, SRC2, SMRC. a.k.a Paul yielded with one improvised firearm, UZI with defaced serial number to Bravo Company of 71st IB under First Lieutenant Fel B Saguin through the assistance of Honorable Mayor Rhodora S Alcoran of the municipality of New Corella, Davao Del Norte. 71IB / MCAG
