PUERTO PRINSESA, Palawan (DWDD) – In line with Naval Forces West’s commitment for a safe and secured fishing , as well as other economic activities within its Area of Responsibility, an information drive and coordinating meeting headed by Commodore Rommel Jason L Galang, the Commander Naval Forces West, was held today at Naval Station Carlito Cunanan, Brgy. Macarascas, Puerto Princesa City.
The activity aimed at enhancing cooperation with the local fishermen and other LGUs for a better partnership in environmental protection efforts, was attended by representatives from the local fisherfolks, City Agriculture, City Planning, City Legal Office, and the local government of Macarascas.
