PRESIDENT QUIRINO, Tacurong, Sultan Kudarat (DWDD) – Lt Col Harold M Cabunoc, the Commanding Officer of 33rd Infantry (Makabayan) Battalion and Cpt Rogelio M Agustin Jr, the commanding officer of Charlie Company, met former New People’s Army rebels situated in Bagumbayan town to hear their thoughts and experiences.
