Lt Col Harold M Cabunoc listened to the concerns raised by the people of Sitio Kamanga, Laguilayan village, Isulan, SK. The communist recruiters of Guerilla Front 73 had recruited NPA members among the Manobo tribe using the community problems as tools of agitation. Lt Col Cabunoc coordinated with the village officials to submit a council resolution to the battalion.
Lt Col Harold M Cabunoc presented the council resolution to Gov. Sultan Pax Mangudadatu, requesting an access road, health center, and day care center for the Manobo tribe in Sitio Bulawan, Laguilayan village.
Sultan Pax Mangudadatu, the Governor of Sultan Kudarat, reads the resolution and directed the Provincial Engineers Office for the project implementation.
Lt Col Harold M Cabunoc presented the council resolution to Engineer Ed Maaya, the Provincial Engineer of Sultan Kudarat for the implementation of the project.
