From the Philippine Daily Inquirer (Apr 29): Blast hits motorbike at GenSan plaza
Unidentified armed men detonated a bomb in General Santos City around noon Friday but no casualties were reported.
Chief Superintendent Noel Armilla, Central Mindanao police director, told a local radio station that the bomb, hidden in the compartment of a motorbike, went off around 12:30 noon near the Oval Plaza.

Armilla said three motorcycles parked near the covered court were also damaged in the explosion.
